When I arrived in Singapore I was suffering from a serious case of post-Japan blues. I’d been there for 3 long weeks, so I was starting to get used to the Japanese way of life and I was finding it hard to accept the fact that sushi would longer be on the daily menu.
Life is so cruel sometimes.
Luckily though, Singapore has some amazing food to try and a huge variety of different cuisines on offer, so I got over my blues pretty quickly. It’s also super clean, extremely safe and there’s impressive architecture everywhere you look.
I was only here for a little while on my way to Bali, but I still managed to get a good feel for the place. I had a pretty wonderful guide too, in the form of my pal Ju who I’d met a just few weeks earlier in Tokyo.
